With no doubts the Mediterranean area has a maternal and generous nature from which traditions and really inimitable lifestyles are generated. Western history homeland, the Mediterranean sea is still today the core of civil discussions in order to improve and to change people destiny. The sea is really wider than its coasts: it attracts everything around giving birth to an enormous continent that unites Europe, Asia and Africa. A land where everything was premature so men created, also fighting, their shared history scenery. Here society determing exchanges happened and will happen. In this special issue we will talk about the Mediterranean destinations, about its beauty and its safety too.
We will study the Countries where we have added availabilities, focusing in particular on the Mediterranean Western area. Malta, Spain, Italy, Tunisia and Morocco: a leap in different Countries which share their sea exotic heat.

Old and modern history homeland, the Mediterranean sea and its people still have an exotic and mysterious charm that is not able to slow down the primordial instinct to live freely. Here below a summary to arrange your offers.


South clear sea is one of the strength point of whole Italy. Sardinia, Sicily and Apulia are the leading regions exposed to the Mediterranean sea. A combination of culture, history and tradition where to be completely absorbed thanks to inhabitants warmth.
Safety: green light
Currently Italy southern regions safety conditions are tranquil without particular or immediate risks for those who want to visit this Country. Despite these regions are full of African immigrants ther’s no real danger.

Sardinia is one of the most “Blue” Italian regions with beaches and dream bays highest number. The island vastness offers several landscapes, framing breath-taking bays.

The summer touristic offer is rich of any kind of initiatives.
Sardinia weather is typically Mediterranean: temperate winters and hot and sunny summers which are a little bit sultry but toned down by breezes. Sardinia is a windy island mainly from October to April because of Mistral and West wind. The first wind blows from north-west and it comes from the France, influencing in particular the western area as well as the Bocche di Bonifacio; the second wind blows from west. Summer sun is very good especially along the coasts where clear skies prevail.
Best period: June- August
The best period to visit Sardinia for beach life is that from June to September, but in June the waters are still cool while the last part of September could be rainy. April and May are good to hike and to visit Sardinian cities and villages.

Well-kown for its archeological heritage all over the world, Sicily offers to its tourist a combination of history, sea and traditions. We recommend: Taormina Greek ruins, Tindari Sanctuary and the old Greek city of Eraclea Minoa.

In summer you can offer entertaining and relaxing ideas. Suggest a stop by kiosks to taste the typical Seltz lemon and salt or a breakfast with an almond slush.Your customers will be satisfied!
Sicily weather is typical Mediterranean: temperate winters and almost hot and scorching summers. However the weather varies according to the altitude and to the region exposition compared with dominant winds because of mountain elevations.
Best period: all the year
The temperate and sunny Mediterranean weather makes a trip to Sicily pleasurable all the year. For the tourists who love the sea and do not suffer the heat it is suggested to go in July and in August when the temperatures can overcome 30 °C.

Apulia, Taranta homeland and region rich of popular events, offers many naturalistic, cultural and marine attractions to its tourists .

Apulia is an Italian region characterized by a distinctly Mediterranean weather even if it is lapped by the Ionian and the Adriatic sea. The temperatures are mild for a great part of the year, especially on the coastal level. Summers are long and hot with temperatures beyond 30°C and even beyond 35°C in the Tavoliere area (north). The temperatures are mild also in winter: on the coasts the maximum temperatures overcome 10°C while the minimum ones unlikely drop below 0°C. In the inland areas temperatures are low and the seasonal range increases: winter frosts are not rare.
Best period: April – October
The months between April and October are the best ones to visit Apulia. In the Tavoliere area (north Apulia) summer central months should be avoided because they are characterized by suffocating heat. Spring and early autumn months are the best ones.
